Owner, Founder, and Registered Nurse
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Donna Kurfiss has dedicated her life to serving others through professional, faith-guided healthcare. Donna began her nursing journey in 1995 and has since built a career marked by excellence, compassion, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Throughout her career, Donna has served in respected healthcare settings such as the West Parry Sound Health Centre (WPSHC), Belvedere Heights, Lakeland Long Term Care, and the Victorian Order of Nurses. Her experience spans hospital care, long-term care, community health, and preventative wellness — giving her a unique understanding of the many stages and challenges of health and healing.
Today, through Homestead Wellness, Donna specializes in:

- Wound Care and Primary Dressing
- Laser Pain Therapy
She offers both in-clinic treatments at her welcoming location on 477 Turtle Lake Road, and mobile care services throughout West Parry Sound and Muskoka — ensuring that compassionate, professional care is always within reach.
